La Carne Cooking Class: Carne Asada Steak Tacos & Korean Style Galbi Short Rib Noodles

Join us at La Carne for an intimate cooking class with Chef Ed, where you’ll learn how to prepare two bold, flavour-packed dishes: Carne Asada Steak Tacos and Korean Style Galbi Short Rib Noodles.

This session is designed as a relaxed, Butcher Chef-led demo and tasting experience. It is not a class with separate cooking stations for each guest, but selected participants may be invited to join in while everyone watches Chef Ed prepare each dish step by step, sharing tips, techniques, and flavour-building secrets along the way.
