Join us for an intimate hands-on cooking class where we’ll show you exactly how we do it at the Steak Bar - from selecting the right cut to getting that perfect sear and doneness every time.

What you’ll cook:

• Oyster Blade (Flat Iron) - La Carne’s best-kept secret cut
• Cape Grim Grass-Fed Ribeye - one of our 100% pasture-raised steak bar favorites
  
• One of our Steak Bar sauces

Working in pairs across four induction hobs, you’ll get real hands-on time with the cuts - not just a demo. Our chef butchers will walk you through preparation, technique, and plating so you leave actually knowing what to do with a good piece of meat.
