The La Carne Steak Bar

First of its kind in Cebu, the La Carne Steak Bar came to life organically in 2022 — born from the growing demand of customers who wanted to taste our premium steaks right inside the butcher shop. The Steak Bar seats up to 12 guests, offering an intimate dining experience where every cut is prepared fresh from our counter.

In 2025, we expanded next door to introduce “The Cold Room” — inspired by Onglet, the Dutch speakeasy-style butchery and steakhouse in Maastricht, Netherlands. Behind a chiller-style door, guests can enjoy a more private, air-conditioned dining space for up to 20 people, complete with a coffee machine for events and functions.

For a more relaxed gathering, our family barbecue garden can accommodate 15 guests, perfect for casual get-togethers.

All our dining spaces are available for private bookings with advance pre-orders.

Choose and buy your preferred steak — don’t worry, our team is here to guide you!
Add ₱499 for our grilling service, which includes seasonal sides and mineral water.
Our menu changes monthly to highlight what’s fresh and in season.

Level up your Steak Bar experience with a pint of Carmen’s Best Premium Ice Cream or a bottle of medium to full-bodied red wine.

Bookings are recommended, as seating is limited both indoors and outdoors.
For groups of five or more, pre-order your cuts in advance and enjoy a complimentary bottle of red wine or pint of Carmen’s Best Ice Cream on us.
