Grassfed Lamb Chops / Rack

Lamb Chops are an amazing roasted whole (order a crown roast of lamb to make a delicious centerpiece for your dinner table) or sliced into chops, marinaded and seared on a hot grill! Our favorite marinade is lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, olive oil and rosemary. Marinade for at least 30 mins and grill after getting to room temperature!
