La Carne teams up with Nonki Izakaya on September 2, 2023. Using La Carne's A4 Japanese Wagyu steaks, Japanese Chef Kazuhisa Kiba and Executive Chef Edgar Bulanon of Nonki Restaurant curated a menu that highlighted the rich Wagyu beef paired with the delicious smoothness of authentic Japanese Sake.
