Introducing Cebu's First Supper Club: Wagyu + Sake Pairing at Nonki Izakaya
La Carne teams up with Nonki Izakaya on September 2, 2023. Using La Carne's A4 Japanese Wagyu steaks, Japanese Chef Kazuhisa Kiba and Executive Chef Edgar Bulanon of Nonki Restaurant curated a menu that highlighted the rich Wagyu beef paired with the delicious smoothness of authentic Japanese Sake.
