Australian Angus Tri Tip

Tri-tip is also known as bottom sirloin and can be dry rubbed then roasted or smoked whole. Sliced into cubes or steaks, tri-tips can be enjoyed as sirloin steaks or on skewers. They also absorb marinades deliciously well, but salt and pepper are just fine too. Their marbling keeps this cut delicious and awesome for family meals.
