The Flank Steak is a high yielding and tender cut, perfect for thin steaks, stir fry strips or thin slices. The Flank is easily recognizable because of the coarse meat grain running in one direction. The Flank Steak is prepared from the Thin Flank. Enjoy this amazing secondary cut with the flavor of flank and marbling grade of 3+. Should be thinly sliced against the grain when carving. An ideal choice to marinate.
Recommended cooking method is grilling.
